• Full time UNDERGRADUATE student (enrolled in at least 12 credit hours)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6
• Have earned an "A" in course(s) which you are willing to be a PLA for

Expectations of LEAD Peer Learning Assistants

• Help and empower students to succeed in LEAD-assisted courses
• Keep scheduled hours of learning assistance at designated locations
• Be able to participate in monthly meetings for training and pre-professional development
• Refer students to campus-wide academic resources
